Our Commitment

Important: Our clothing items are in Asian sizing, which typically runs smaller than UK sizes.

Please refer to the charts below and measure yourself carefully before ordering. We recommend going 1-2 sizes up from your usual UK size.

Return Conditions

We accept returns on eligible items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item to us within a further 14 days of notifying us (in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items with tags removed or packaging damaged
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty)
  • All customized products — including rackets that have been strung or re-gripped, and any clothing that has been personalized, embroidered, printed, or altered in any way. These items are made to individual specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except where the customization itself is faulty or incorrectly performed.

⚠️ No Returns on Customized Products: Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your specifications before placing your order, as customized items cannot be returned once produced.

Bespoke Services

We offer optional bespoke services including custom racket stringing, grip upgrades, and clothing customizations. These services are tailored to your individual specifications. As a result:

  • All service fees and materials (strings, grips, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Customized products cannot be returned or resold

Exception: If a bespoke service is faulty or incorrectly performed, contact us at info@li-ningsports.co.uk with photos and details. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable remedy (re-stringing, correction, or appropriate refund). This exception does not apply to dissatisfaction with chosen specifications such as string tension, grip size, or design choices.

UK Returns

Your Consumer Rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. Please note this right does not apply to customized or bespoke products, which are exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@li-ningsports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number, return address, and detailed return instructions via email
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Send Your Return: Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service

Return Shipping Costs

  • All returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping fees
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for your protection

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers under the same conditions as UK returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please use a tracked and insured shipping method
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process
  • We recommend contacting us before returning international orders to ensure the most efficient process

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Refund Amount

  • Full refund of the item price (if item meets return conditions)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@li-ningsports.co.uk
  2. Provide photos of the item and describe the issue
  3. We will provide return instructions and authorization
  4. You will receive a full refund or replacement as soon as we receive and inspect the item

Please note: Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take additional time)
  3. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@li-ningsports.co.uk
